Delivery and Returns

Find out more about your delivery options, approximate production and shipping times as well as what to do if you are not happy with your purchase. 


Production Times:

Most of our pieces are made to order, and we currently need around 2-5 working days to finish your item and have it ready to be shipped. We usually also carry a small stock of items for sale at local markets. In case you need something urgently, it's best to send us a quick message to check if we happen to have your preferred item on stock. Contact us here.


Local Deliveries to Malta & Gozo:

All orders within Malta & Gozo are shipped either via local courier services or Malta Post. Local standard delivery times are 2-3 working days. You will be notified via email once your order has shipped, and you will be able to keep track of the status of your delivery. 

  • Local shipping costs (registered mail or courier service): EUR 3.00
  • Free local delivery on orders of EUR 60 or more

International Deliveries:

All international orders are shipped via Malta Post. You can opt for Standard International Delivery (without tracking number) or for International Track & Trace Delivery (registered mail with tracking number). International shipping times usually range between 5-8 working days for EU & UK deliveries, and 8-20 working days for most other countries.

  • Standard International Delivery (no tracking number): EUR 4.50
  • International Track & Trace Delivery (registered and incl. tracking number): EUR 8.00
  • Free international delivery on orders of EUR 100 or more 

Please note that shipments without tracking number are at your own risk, as we cannot be held accountable for any packages that might get lost in transit. 


VAT & Custom Fees for Deliveries outside the EU:

Please note that for international orders from outside the EU there is likely to be a VAT and customs charge upon arrival of your package. The exact amount varies per country. Please consult your country’s latest import regulations before placing an order as we are unable to calculate exact VAT & customs fees. 

Your local post office or parcel delivery service will be in touch with you directly to facilitate the payment. These charges are payable by the receiver, and they come on top of the costs paid here on our website. You may be required to provide additional information such as national ID, phone number or email address to our shipping partners when your order arrives.

   

Returns:

If you are not happy with an item that you have purchased on www.junejuli.com, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in an unworn and unused condition and in its original packaging. Customized items and gift cards are non-returnable and will not be refunded. After 14 days, all sales are considered final. 

How to return your jewellery?

Send a brief e-mail to theresa@junejuli.com. Include your name, the invoice or order number, and the item you wish to return. We will then send you the instructions on how to proceed with the return. 

Unless an item was faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend shipping items back to us with a trackable carrier as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. 

How to receive your refund?

A refund of the price you paid for the item will be made once we have received the jewellery. Please note that the original shipping fee as well as any local customs fees or taxes will not be refunded if you wish to return or exchange an item.

Please remember that customized items and gift cards are generally non-refundable.
