Product Care

Read our jewellery care guidelines to keep your piece looking its best. Find out how to best store and clean your JUNE & juli jewellery so you can enjoy it for many years to come.

Caring for wooden jewellery:

Try to avoid direct exposure to moisture and liquids. Remove when showering, bathing or swimming.

Remove when sleeping or exercising to prevent damage.

Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place. It's best to use a jewellery box in order to prevent scratching and breakage.

Clean your painted wooden jewellery and the parts that are covered in mother of pearl with a soft, dry cloth.

Caring for jewellery that contains brass:

Jewellery containing brass is best stored in an airtight container in order to minimize the effects of oxidization.

Raw brass naturally tarnishes over time. Polishing it with the sponge provided with your jewellery will bring back its natural shine and mirror-like finish.

When polishing brass with the sponge, avoid contact with all non-brass parts, such as painted wood and metal hoops. Both can get scratched and damaged in the process.

You may also use a standard household metal polish with a soft cloth to remove heavier tarnish from the brass. Try not to run the cloth over other parts of your jewellery, such as painted wood and mother of pearl.

      About your jewellery:

Please remember that all our pieces are handcrafted. No two pieces are exactly identical. There might be slight variations from piece to piece in terms of the mother of pearl pattern, the wood grain or the jewellery's hand-painted decor.

These are all normal variations. If you are not fully satisfied, however, with the look or quality of the items you ordered, please get in touch. We do accept returns and will do our best to make you happy and satisfied.
